In the past eight years we have successfully established
a very competent mechanical contracting staff that is unique in many
ways. We have accomplished our success by giving superior customer
service, providing quality work, and servicing customers through professional
and knowledgeable tradesmen with great problem-solving skills. We,
as the owner and operators, have started and based this company on
the principals of honesty, professionalism, quality, and respect.
These characteristics are difficult to find consistently and
sincerely in business. The crew of tradesmen that we have compiled
takes great pride in its work, its professionalism, its safety and
its ability to get the project done right the first time, on time.
We will always make the extra effort to ensure that the highest level
of quality is matched and maintained from the management through the
entire staff, including every employee.
Sincere business is not difficult to provide initially, but it can
be very difficult to maintain. It’s very common in business
relationships to start with high levels of quality and honest prices.
Over time companies or employees become comfortable, relaxed, and
complacent. This has the tendency to cause the quality to drop and
the pricing to increase.
We are very aware of this and will continue relaying the fact to all
of our employees just how important this and other professional courtesies
are, not only with establishing clients, but also maintaining the
relationship with those clients. We have had some of the most amazing
certified welders and pipe fitters work for us. Their quality and
productivity were off the charts, and so was their arrogant attitude.
Although highly qualified, they did not continue employment with our
company. There are always those bad apples that seem to make waves
and we will not stand for that demeanor on any level, for any reason.
We are very firm believers in communication. If you are lacking communication
on any level, whether its from employee to supervisor, or contractor
to the client, you will generally have issues that become problems.
We strongly urge our employees and our clients to communicate as thoroughly
as possible to make sure everything is understood and under control.
Communicating the facts and truth is not always what people want to
hear, sometimes, but it’s certainly the best alternative. We
encourage input and accept it as constructive criticism to make sure
that we are serving our customers and their needs as thoroughly as
possible. Your communication and feedback on all issues is what helps
us maintain a high level of customer service. These are some of the
key characteristics, which in fact, set this company and its staff

All of our employee’s are safety trained according to OSHA and MSHA regulatory guidelines. We provide annual safety refresher courses for all of our field employees. Our safety program is implemented into each and every project, large or small. Providing a safe working environment is essential to a successful project completion. |
